What is NATCON 2026?

NATCON 2026 is celebrating its 68th year as Canada’s premier promotional trade show offering suppliers, MLRs, distributors, and their clients the unique opportunity to successfully network in one central location over two-days. NATCON also offers professional development sessions, supplier tours, networking events and the 45th annual PPPC Awards and Networking After-Party.

The two-day trade show connects suppliers, MLRs, distributors and their top clients in one central and convenient spot to network, share expertise and knowledge, showcase and preview the latest promotional products and trends and do business!

NATCON provides our members with the ability to foster existing connections and to build new ones to grow their networks and continue to innovate and succeed in our industry. • Supplier Sip & See Tours (September 15 | 7:45 am – 4:00 pm | Pick-up & Drop-off: Hilton Toronto Airport Hotel & Suites | 5875 Airport Rd., Mississauga). We’re hitting the road again for our annual Supplier Sip & See Tour. Get an exclusive behind-the-scenes look at four of our top Suppliers facilities in the Greater Toronto Area. Featured suppliers: Delite, Justincase, Debco | HPG Brands, and Fiel – Fairdeal Import & Export Ltd. Cost: $56.50 per distributor member (includes HST, boxed Turkey or Vegetarian lunch and roundtrip shuttle). If you are local and parking at the Hilton before boarding the bus, you are responsible for your parking expenses.
• Opening Night Reception (September 15) – fun and social night on the eve of NATCON 2026. $5 registration fee with all registration proceeds being donated to Food Banks Canada. • 2026 PPPC Awards + After-Party (September 16 | 6:00 pm – 11:30 pm | Hilton Toronto Airport Hotel & Suites | Mississauga Ballroom) – Free member event! Join us for our biggest social night of the year where we’ll be handing out over 60 awards to our membership to recognize and celebrate their excellence during our live awards ceremony. Prior to the ceremony, enjoy a pre-awards ceremony cocktail reception and post-awards ceremony our afterparty featuring a live act.

Details re: Client Day – happening on September 17, 2026, from 10:00 am – 3:00 pm where distributor members (membership perk!) invite and register their clients to come and participate in Canada’s premier branded merchandise trade show. Here’s where ideas are sparked, relationships are strengthened and business is done!
